After writing last night, Robert threw up 3 times and had the runs. I got some medicine against throwing up down him straight away, and that seems to have helped. Cause today he was not himself, but he wasn't throwing up. Thank goodness.
And after a nap after lunch, he was nearly back to normal. He wanted to go and dig in the garden, so Florian took both boys out and they "dug in the garden", well Robert in the garden and Richard in the sandpit. They were out for quite a while, I am sure the fresh air did them good.
They are now tucked up in bed after having a great time putting the bathroom under water whilst bathing! Let's hope the bug is all over and done with now!
I still feel as though someone borrowed my stomach for a game of football, but I can eat and drink without feeling ill, so I am sure it is going to miss me out.

Well, I found your blog...hope you don't mind. Glad the kiddo's are feeling a little better and I will say here as I said on Liz's...sicknesses BEGONE!!! There, maybe we can stop all this. And I relly hope you start to feel better....I sure hate it when my stomach is flipping like that, makes me not want to eat or drink. Last time I ended up very dehydrated because of that so at least stay hydrated. Take care of yourself and the kiddo's and try to enjoy the rest of your weekend. Blessings to you.
