What ever happened to summer - on Thursday we were sat out in the garden with the kids playing with water, and today we didn't even venture outside it was so miserable out! I hope it gets better again, cause I am not enjoying this. The boys were so unruly today, but then that could be to do with the moon!
I had another trip to the doctors again this morning. They now both have just a cold, but their ears are looking a little bit red, so they have to have nose drops to clear the passage ways and hope that infection doesn't set in! Fingers crossed. Having said that, Robert didn't have his drops tonight, as he had a nose bleed just before I was going to do it, and I didn't want to aggrevate his nose anymore!
The boys spent most of the afternoon getting playdoh all over the kitchen! That wasn't really their intention (at least I hope not) but it happened. Luckily Robert loves sweeping up, so he cleared his own mess up today!
I spent the afternoon it seems on the phone. One of the calls was to Bauknecht - our dishwasher is not working - catastrophe! The only thing they could do for me would have been to send someone out to look at it, just the sending and looking would have cost 100(!) Euros, so I said no thank you. I then phoned a local electrical place and their "come and look" only costs 40 Euros, so they are hopefully coming tomorrow. So now, when I go downstairs, I have to do the dishes by hand! That will keep me busy!

habe gerade das mit Eurer Spülmaschine gelesen. Ist ja schon fast witzig. Du hattest mir ja schonmal erzählt, daß die Maschine einfach beim Spülen ausgestiegen ist. Wir haben seit längerem dasselbe Problem, mal geht sie, mal nicht und das Wasser steht dann unten drin. Wir haben auch eine Bauknecht, GSFS 4341. Der Typ von der Firma Wego, mit dem ich heute morgen telefoniert habe, meinte, es könnte der Hauptschalter sein, der die Maschine mit Strom versorgt. Wenn sie bei uns stoppt, ist sie nämlich immer gleich komplett aus mit sämtlichen Lichtern. Ich würde nochmal reparieren lassen, Rainer meint, bei einer Maschine von 300 Euro würde sich das nicht lohnen. Er will gleich eine neue. Kannst ja mal schreiben, was es bei Euch ist und was Ihr dann macht.
Aw, a broken dishwasher... That IS a catastrophe! :)
Maybe this will cheer you up a bit; It can always be worse! ;) Mine broke last year.... On CHRISTMAS! Can you imagine? lol.
But Lisa was happy with it. She actually liked helping me with the dishes! (we'll talk again if she has to do it every single day... lol)
