And i thought...

yesterday was cold! WRONG! Today we woke up to -25°C (-10°F)! Brrrr, and we had to walk to Kindergarden, the car is still at the repair shop! Although ... i was supposed to pick the car up today. A friend was going to pick me up and take me there about 9am was when she was going to come. At 9.45am she finally phoned, her car wouldn't start in the cold, and neither would that of her husband. Oops! I then phoned the repair shop, for them to pick me up, but their driver was out and about, and by the time he got back, it was too late for me. So tomorrow at 9am he is picking me up to get the car.
Today i spent indoors keeping the fire going! Just had to go and get the kids at lunchtime. This time I remembered MY snow trousers, and that made the walk a lot less painful. Frozen jeans just aren't the right thing to be wearing at the moment!

I didn't make the boys go outside today, although Robert did want to go and build a snowman, but the snow is still not sticking!
Instead we spent our time in the lounge, by the log fire, playing most of the time. the boys arguing some of the time - a usual afternoon in our household.
