He did it!

And no tears or screams! Yep, we went to the doctors first thing this morning and Robert was very big and very brave and had three tubes of blood taken! He wasn't too sure about it all, but remembered his promise, and once the needle was in, he was quite excited to see the bottles - I mean tubes - filling up. That was a big relief.
It was however heartbreaking when afterwards he said "Is my willy all mended now?" when I know that the worst is yet to come!

The kids went off to Kindergarden after that, and I went home to enjoy my ironing!

This afternoon it was off to the next doctors, the one that I can't spell - anaesthetist - I think that is about right! I was a bit worried, cause Robert is coughing a bit, but if it stays as it is, and his temperature doesn't shoot up, he will be operated on on Thursday. Tomorrow afternoon Mum is coming up, so that will take our minds off of it tomorrow, the boys are really looking forward to Nanna being here. And little do they know, but we will be going to the station to get her, so they get to watch trains too!

After the doctors I took the boys to the playground with the tunnel slide and if that didn't wear them out then nothing could. They must have gone up and down it at least 30 times! Richard got a bit slower going up towards the end of the hour. It started to rain (just a tiny bit) so we headed home after an hour. Once home the heavens opened, so it was a good decision to leave and not wait it out!

Time to go downstairs now

and this is what I have done so far downstairs! The Word Challenge at Been there Scrapped That was for the word "scare" in any form. Well, with that word going I just had to use my kit! Whilst blog hopping I saw a great layout by Ptitebouilles (check her blog and layout here) and had to lift it!
The photo was taken on our autumn walk yesterday, but it works great with the word "scare"!

Brave little boy! But it's sure heartbreaking that he thought it was all over, and you know the worst is yet to come!

Sorry I wasn't here sooner... Yesterday I was tooooo tired, and today... well...
'My' computer has been taken over by my daughter... ;)
She's got a new toy, with it came a registration code for a website... She's only not on it, when we tell her not to!
;) It's not so bad. Some days she's like that, playing for hours on the computer, but she can also not look at it for weeks.

Love the LO! It's very cute.
hehe, not scary! ;)
The colored photo is awesome with the background paper!

Kerri, I wish you and Robert lots of luck tomorrow, give the little fellow an extra hug for me. I'll be thinking of you both.
