so we didn't have a lay in today. We want to get the kids into the swing of things straight away. And it seems like we have succeeded. 7.30pm (only 6.30pm yesterday) and all is quiet! could have had a little to do with all the fresh air they had today!
We met up with friends for coffee and cakes at the Sieberzmühle (the restaurant where Robert got wet on Thursday), and we actually - can you believe it - sat outside on their terrace! We had a waffle with cream and cherries and black forest gateau. Delicious!
We didn't waste time though gobbling it down, cause all the kids wanted to get to the playground! Where they wore themselves out! They had a great time playing together. Us adults actually got to chat today!
The boys didn't want to go home, but the promise of a bath after tea, made them join us after all!
It was a lovely afternoon.

Now I am off for my tea, I am getting hungry now. We may have the boys already adjusted to the clocks, but not us yet!

Sorry you didn't get your "lay in" I wish I ever got one of those!! Sounds like it was a great day, hopefully schedules are back on today. Did the boys go back to Kindergarten this week?? I am off to get Jordan up for school and then to meet my friend for some shopping...her hubby wants to get their plane fixed today...probably a good idea don't you think??
