I want to stay at Kindergarden!!

Well, there are 6 words I didn't expect to hear at all! When I picked the kids up today, they were pleased to see me. But when I wouldn't let Richard finish zipping his coat up on his own (he had been trying for about 5 minutes), he told me he wanted to stay at Kindergarden, and we had a full paddy when we left! So funny! I really was not expecting that. So perhaps if he keeps on insisting then I will let them have lunch there or so.

Once home it was forgotten though. We had a very nice afternoon, the weather was just like in April one minute it was falling down the next it was sunny, unfortunately the rainy spells were in the majority. But we made the most of it, and made some lollystick animals that Mum had bought for them. Anything with glue involved is OK with them! Then we got a bucket of stickers out, and they made a picture for .. no can't tell you that, whoever might be reading this! ;o)
Then we played "Ring o Roses" and "Dingle Dangle Scarecrow", then it was time to build tracks and play with the Thomas the Tank Engine trains. I think the boys thoroughly enjoyed themselves despite being indoors!

I had more fun scrapping again tonight, this is what I made for my Mum's best friend. These are her grandkids (together for the first time). I just love that quote, too! (Grandchildren are Gods reward for putting up with your kids!)

Well, sounds like a pretty good day for you, despite the fit over the coat that was thrown. I am going to have to do the Easther shopping tomorrow since we were just informed that Jordan's class is having an Easter egg hunt and a party afterwards....I'm sure she is going to come home with such a sugar high it's not even going to be funny. Pizza party with ice cream sundae's and candy filled easter eggs...what a mix. Glad you had a good day...Talk with you later...Blessings to you.
