Wow, thank you all

so much! I have recieved some lovely comments and compliments on my St.Martins Day kit, I'm sure it made me grow! Thank you!

And again, Benita surprised me in the gallery at Been there Scrapped That, only what seemed like minutes after posting the kit, Benita had downloaded and used it! And here is what she made with it yesterday
And this is one I found today (this one came without being pre-warned over skype!)

Benita, I LOVE THEM, thank you so much!

Well, I have been blogging the past couple of days, but not updating, so i have a lot of catching up to do today. Yesterday we all went out soon after I posted my kit, we met some friends at the bakers, which comes complete with a big play area for the kids, and there they can run and drive about without anyone minding. It was good fun, once we had Robert convinced that crashing into his brother was NOT a good thing. Poor Richard was crashed into from behind, he didn't know what had happened, when he crashed the back of his head against the floor. But Robert did, when he had to get off of the go-kart for time-out!
Last night, it was Wetten, daß... (you bet!) on German tv. One of the really good entertainment shows. I really enjoyed it, he had some great guests singing too, Kid Rock with All summer long (love that song), Pink with So What (love that too) and Simply Red with a medley of their greatest hits (love that!) - Pretty versatile my taste in music!
Today we had a fun morning with the boys, we were inspired by what they were watching on the TV to get up and go and do it ourselves - creating! (they were watching Mr. Maker)
We got old Pringles tubes out, tissue paper, stickers, old bottle tops, old bottles, glue and paint. And they made a rocket ship each! It was fun to watch and join in, just a shame one can't magic the mess away when they have finished - oh and clean their hands at the same time!
And this afternoon we went to a bird exhibition - sounds grander than it was. It is just a few canaries, finches and cockateels in cages to look at, who sometime during the day had been judged and a few now had rosettes. Not that I could see any difference between the prize winner and the bird next to him!!! We met some of the Mum's from Kindergarden and their kids, and had a cake there after seeing the birds. It was a nice afternoon out, especially as today it never got light really and rained all afternoon!
OK, now tonight I promise I will find my Dirndl picture and scrap it, so check back later for that.

Well, here it is - Me in a Dirndl! Unfortunately as I was the photographer at the wedding that I wore my Dirndl too, there aren't many pictures with me in them.

Thanks for the cute kit! Being American I've never heard of St. Martin's Day (thanks for the explanation, by the way. It sounds like a lot of fun). Thanks for making some universal things for us. I love the felty and glittery stars. The lanterns are also way cute!
