And he just sat on the couch, needing cuddles with no real life in him. I got out of him in the end that it hurt "his teeth" to drink and eat so I had a look in his mouth, and the inside of his cheeks and behind his lips was red raw. So I phoned the doctor again, and we were there within the hour. By which time Robert was running a temperature again, but I didn't give him anything - LUCKILY!
He is allergic to Ibuprofen! So what yesterday thought was helping him (well it did help the temperature) has actually really hurt his mouth. I now have a slip of paper in my handbag sending me to hospital with him in the morning if he is still running a temperature and not eating or drinking. So please fingers crossed for the little one!
Richard however was a little darling all day, and this afternoon he thought it was his birthday. Cause whilst trying to bribe Robert to eat or drink, we came up with all sorts to tempt him, and RICHARD said YES to them all!!!
At one point we said we could have tea in the tent! Well, Richard remembered that, and when it was tea time, reminded us about it!! As Robert wasn't tempted by anything, we have postponed the picnic in the tent til both of them can enjoy it!
Speaking of tents, I forgot to post this layout yesterday! Its Robert and Richard and Ticki having fun in the tents!

Cor not been on this site for a while, been so busy over here but sounds like Robert's been pretty bad. Hope his temperature comes down tonight. Like the site, very good this, keep us all informed!

You know I feel bad about all this.....at any rate I am keeping you all in my prayers tonight and will be waiting to hear what happens. Meanwhile I am also sending all the Blessings I can your way to see if that will help too. Will see if I can't get Liz to help with the prayers also!!! Sorry to hear that Robert is worse instead of better. Will be praying that his temp goes down and stays there before morning. My prayers are with you also to help you handle all of this.

O GIRL_ BIG BIG BIG Hugs and kisses for little Robert! I am glad that you did find the root of the problem however and hopefully that will get better- Offer him tons of popsicles to keep him from dehydrating and heck he will think of it as a treat :)

Just wanted to let you know that Robert and the rest of the family are still in my prayers. Have been on with your mom and gotten a little from her...but not the same as hearing from you. I so wish I could be there with you...to help and be a shoulder. Please take care of yourself as I know it can be stressful. Let me know if there is anything at all I can do.
